Help! I am so confused by these fitness programs, I don’t know which one is the best! Two Bible study girlfriends have highly recommended the P90X and when I researched this I saw that Natalie Grant and Jeremy Camp are using it too (see video below). They all look healthy and have great bodies. Yet when I look at the program it seems too intense and I worry I might injure myself. I can’t find a Christian version of the P90X either. I did find these fitness programs…now I can’t decide which one to get.[table “47” not found /]
One of my 2014 goals is to be healthier so I will not be a burden to my children and husband.
I read the Amazon reviews of the Body Gospel and they were not very encouraging. My sister likes Zumba and never misses a live class each week. This is too confusing to me and I really need some advice.
I need your help:
- What fitness program are you using?
- Why do you like or dislike about it?
- How long have you been using it?
- Is the program intense?
